Duties include:

  • Calendar Maintenance

  • Receipt Processing

  • Light Bookkeeping

  • Data Entry

  • Internet Research

  • Social Media & Email Management

  • Electronically filing documents and maintaining organization of Google Drive

  • Other duties as assigned from time to time occasionally including personal assistance to Ashly, owner of PAC

Skills and Education

Preferred Skills include:

  • General knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 programs

  • Basic understanding of QuickBooks Online

  • Basic Excel skills needed to open, create, and save a file, navigate sheets, input data and format cells, use simple functions, create charts, and sort data

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication

  • Attention to detail

Preferred Education or Experience:

  • Certificate or Associates Degree in Accounting

  • 2-4 Yrs Office Experience

  • 1-2 Yrs Bookkeeping Experience

  • This is a part-time position starting at 5-10 hours per week. As we grow, this position will too!

  • This is a 100% remote position so you can work from the comfort of your own home and wear whatever you want! 

  • The schedule is flexible, and you can work when it fits your schedule. We do require that you attend weekly team meetings via Zoom.
